Workshop Prices
- Individual workshop attendee $300/person ($500 outside Southern/Central Alberta)
- Private workshop attendees starts at $500/person + Related Expenses
- Groups of 5 or more may qualify for a group price. Ask.
Deposits & Payments
A 50% deposit is required for each workshop participant and full payment is due 30 days prior to the workshop date. Registrations less than 30 days prior require full payment up front. Additional expenses may be incurred for private workshops such as instructor travel, lodging, meals, and such reasonably expected related fees which are to be billed for reimbursement as incurred. Payments are accepted via Cash, E-Transfer, Visa, MasterCard, ApplePay, or GooglePay. Local taxes may apply.
Paperwork
Personal Profile and Liability Waiver š to be completed and returned to Randy within one week of date booked (email is fine). For late registrations, forms must be submitted with payment.
Cancellations
For Southern Alberta workshops, refunds minus $150 are available for cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the start date. No refunds are provided for cancellations made 60 days or less prior. For workshops outside Southern Alberta, refunds minus $250 are available for cancellations made more than 90 days prior, with no refunds for cancellations made 90 days or less prior. No refunds are available for private workshops or mentoring programs.
Changes & Refunds
A 50% admin fee may be changed for changes to workshop registrations or schedules less than 30 days out. More than 30 days out, participants are advised to reschedule.
Workshop Adjustments & Cancellations
Workshops may be altered or canceled, with full refunds provided in the event of a cancellation. Participants are responsible for non-refundable travel expenses.
Force Majeure
We may opt to reschedule workshops due to unforeseen events known in advance (Acts of God, natural disasters, etc.). If so, we will coordinate with participants.
Instructor Substitutions
Replacement instructors may be assigned if the original instructor is unavailable.
Workshop Guidelines
Participants must provide their own photography gear, laptops, and transportation unless noted otherwise. Smoking, vaping, drugs, and alcohol are prohibited in shared spaces.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover medical emergencies, cancellations, and other unforeseen costs.
Liability Waiver
Participants assume all risks associated with workshop activities and release Randy Milanovic from liability.
Kudos and Complaints
High 5s and issues should be shared immediately with instructor(s) or submitted in writing shortly after the post-workshop.
Additional Information for Non-Southern Alberta Workshops
Participants book/pay their own travel and accommodation costs directly. These are not provided by the workshop.
